Job Title: FedEx Delivery Driver (No CDL Required) – Paid Training

The Role: PEAKrecruiting is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers for a FedEx Ground Contractor. We are looking for safety-minded, reliable team players to serve the local community. You will drive a company-provided step van (No CDL required) to deliver packages to homes and businesses.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 5-day workweek (weekend availability required).

  • Typical Shift: 8:00 AM start time (8–10 hour shifts).

  • Overtime available for those who want extra cash!

Requirements (Must Haves):

  • Age: Must be 21 years or older.

  • License: Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required).

  • Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (No DUIs, excessive speeding, or reckless driving in the last 3 years).

  • Physical: Able to lift/maneuver up to 150 lbs (hand trucks provided) and enter/exit the truck 100+ times a day.

  • Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Daily Duties:

  • Arrive at the terminal on time for the morning safety brief.

  • Inspect your vehicle (Pre-trip/Post-trip).

  • Deliver packages safely and accurately using GPS and scanners.

  • Provide excellent customer service.
